Does This Sound Familiar?

You know the world needs the special, meaningful services and products you offer.  You’ve poured your creative soul into doing something that matters. Your work isn’t just a way to make money–it’s what you were born to do.

You also know that business is made of words, and writing is how you let the world know about the great work you do. But communications isn’t your forte, and writing is at the bottom of your ever-growing priority list.

How are you supposed to fit in all the writing that needs to be done?  Should you sacrifice any of your precious creative time to these practical aspects of running a business, like writing web copy, newsletters, or proposals?

I’m shouting “hell no!” with you, friend.

What I Can Do For You

I help frustrated creatives, stymied business professionals, and disheartened geniuses put words to their great work in the world.  I write for you so you can devote your time to your creative work.  If you’ve been struggling to find the time to slap a few words on your website and pray that it looks professional enough (knowing it doesn’t), then let’s talk.  I can help you. You don’t have to do this on your own.

Who I Work With

    • Creatives such as photographers, writers (I love partnering with other writers!), artists, chefs, musicians, jewelry makers, art-based small businesses, and fashion designers
    • Conscious businesses who do good in the world, whether they are large corporations, small businesses, start-ups, nonprofits, or solopreneurs like coaches, yoga instructors, or spiritual teachers
    • Travel industry professionals of all sorts
    • Others who are working in their zone of creative genius, whether they are seasoned pros or just starting out

Over the past 17 years, I have spent thousands of hours writing and editing white papers, magazine articles, proposals and research papers, web copy, social media posts, software tutorials, monthly newsletters, training manuals, reports (annual, quarterly, monthly, etc), marketing materials, and bios.  My writing experience ranges from healthcare administration to jewelry magazines to e-books about spirituality. The most important thing to me is the difference my clients make in the world.

When I first hired you to ghostwrite the content for my new course Make It With The Moon I had a general idea around how I wanted it to feel and sound and I wondered if that same feeling could be created by someone else, as I had never worked with a ghostwriter before. Not only did you listen to my outline and ideas carefully, but the language, intention, and feeling you created through your words spellbound me. You went above and beyond my expectations and not only did you save me an entire week of working on this myself, you delivered and executed it with absolute grace and ease. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you, Kate.” Vienda Maria (writer and mentor)

“As an experimental artist with weird music, it’s sometimes hard to find people who ‘get’ my music and how I want it presented. Kate understood where I was coming from and was open-minded about my ideas for written content. Thank Flying Spaghetti Monster, Kate understands weirdos like me.”  –DRBIOR (musician)
